Discount Tire

I had such a great experience at this Discount Tire location, and I especially want to recognize Chandler. I came in after an incredibly stressful day dealing with a completely flat tire and an unexpected tow. I was already exhausted and worried about whether I'd even be able to get my car taken care of before the holiday weekend. Chandler was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me safely back on the road. He took the time to look at my situation as a whole rather than simply replacing the tire I originally came in for, and because of that, another tire that badly needed attention was caught as well. He explained my options, helped find a solution that worked for me, and made what had been a very stressful situation feel manageable. What impressed me most was the level of personal attention he gave me even though the store was extremely busy and nearing closing time. I never felt like I was simply another car they needed to get through the shop. Chandler made me feel like my safety and getting me taken care of genuinely mattered. The entire team deserves recognition as well. They were busy, had every reason to be ready to go home, and still

I needed four new tires on my MINI. Discount Tire’s pricing was reasonable and their purchase and installation process was a breeze. And once we dropped off my car, it was ready in about an hour. What w wonderful customer experience and team they have at this location.

It started out OK before they tried to push tires on me. I asked for a simple TMPS sensor to be put on one tire. They were too worried about other tires that had nothing to do with the tire symbol. So I watched them walk and scan the two the tires sensors they wanted to replace so bad and not the one I told them to. Came back saying they wouldn't be able to put the sensor on the two tires and needed to replace them. I asked them why are you worried about something I didn't come for. I'll go out here and show you the which one is broke through the car. So I showed the tech how I knew which one was bad through the car system and by letting little air out of tire and he couldn't defend the lie they made up. Then they had the nerve to lie about it wouldn't clear the tire symbol if the sensor that I knew was bad was replaced. I told them to just put the sensor in and id relearn it myself with the tool I had at home. Show that picture to your tech and the Middle East guy at the front saying the light wouldn't go off. I relearn the new sensor and got it to go off scammers.

Holy Smokes!!! I did not expect the service to be that fast. Seriously, I gave the guy my key fob and he scanned my VIN. We walked inside and I paid. WITHIN 15 MINUTES MY CAR WAS READY with 4 new tires. Holy canolie that was super fast. I'm sorry but I just wasn't expecting that. Fantastic job guys. Thank you 😊

We took a flat by to be fixed at the Dorman Center location. My husband was still in their system, even though we hadn't been by since 2022. They fixed the tire, balanced and rotated the tires. Tylar did an awesome job getting us taken care of. Excellent customer service even though they're working out of a temp office while they remodel and it was crazy busy. Love this place!
